RV Site amenities

All Sites are back in and have Full Hook Ups- 30 & 50 AMP Service plus Water and Sewer included. Each site has a picnic table.
Site Occupancy: All RV Sites and Cabins are rented as 2-Person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $6/day for each person over the age of 12. If you have guests over the amount in your reservation, please check them into the office at arrival!

Each site will hold One RV and One Vehicle, if you need additional parking during your stay, please see the office stay for a parking permit. Boat slips are available on a first come – first serve basis, and the staff can help you with your trailer parking. Boat Slips can accommodate up to 20’ft boat. You will need to let us know at check in if you have a boat/trailer so we can tag it! Each site/Cabin is only permitted ONE boat on property at any time.

Nightly Rates:

Nature Preserve RV Sites – Nightly $62/ Monthly rates available

Canal front RV Sites- Nightly $68/Monthly rates available

Riverfront RV Sites- Nightly $72/ Monthly rates available

Premium Waterfront RV Site – Nightly $85/ Monthly rates available

Holidays and Special Events do have a 3 night minimum and have a Special Event rates.

Year Round Rates:

Salty Air Retreat is our Efficiency Cabin $90-100/night (Sleeps 4) **is pet friendly with $25 pet fee per pet and $25 deposit.

Redfish Cottage  (Sleeps 5) $125-$140/night. Plus No Cleaning Fees when booking directly with us! This is our brand new – larger family unit!

Manatee Manor (Sleeps 5) $110-$130/night. Plus no cleaning fees when booking directly with us! This is our brand new – family unit! **is pet friendly with $25 pet fee per pet and $25 deposit.

Holidays and Special Events do have a 3 night minimum and have a Special Event rates.

Additional Rates:

Hotel Tax – 12.5% on all reservations
For Monthly Campers: Electricity is metered and $100 deposit due at check in. Payment due on the first of following month. Deposit credited on last month.

Extra Vehicle or Boat – $10 per day

BOAT SLIPS: Our Secluded Boat slips are located in a wind protected canal and unlike other campgrounds, are available at no additional charge to our guests. They are first come, first served and can accommodate boats up to 20ft.

RV Extra person charge – $6/per day for guests over 12 years old. Cabin Extra person charge – $10/day

REFUND POLICY:

What is IMFC Cancellation/refund policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus the appropriate cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

RV SITES:

For short term RV reservations (1-14 days), Cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made less $ one night rental fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date are non refundable.

For Longer RV stays/ Reservations (30+ days), 90 day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made 90 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made less $50 fee. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date are non refundable.
Seasonal or 3-6 month reservation deposits are NON Refundable.

**Holiday Weekend or special event reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less $50 Reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date are non refundable.**

If you choose to not complete your entire stay that you have reserved – there will not be any REFUNDS given.

CABINS Cancellations made prior to 7 days of your arrival date will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee and credited to the credit card that was provided at the time of the reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival are non refundable.

**Holiday Weekend reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less $50. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date are non refundable.**

<b>Reservations made after these deadlines</b> require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

Reservations not checked in by 11 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.

PET POLICY-

AT IMFC, we are a PET friendly campground. We expect guests to follow the following Guidelines:

MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES
NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS PERMITTED PER SITE
MUST BE TAKEN WITH YOU WHENEVER YOU LEAVE
MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIME
MUST BE CLEANED UP AFTER IMMEDIATELY
NO PIT BULLS, ROTTWEILERS, OR AGGRESSIVE DOGS or MIXES PERMITTED
PETS CANNOT BE TIED UP OUTSIDE OF RV
We do offer a fenced in dog run a few lots west of campground entrance, check with office staff on location.

Pets/Animal POLICY

If your pet/animal is approved and registered with the RV Park it may remain but Guest is responsible for their behavior, waste, and noise level. Guest agrees to clean up after his or her pet/animal and to be considerate of other RV park guests.

Cottage Pets are restricted to 2 Pets with a $25 pet fee per animal and $25 deposit.

Guest is liable for any damage or injury caused by his or her pet/animal. An unregistered pet/animal is grounds for immediate removal of the animal if it cannot be approved in accord with RV Parks terms for pets/animals. This may include departure of guest in some cases.

PETS: Pets not registered with your RV are PROHIBITED. Proof of current vaccinations may be requested. No aggressive dogs, Pit bulls, etc. permitted. Barking dogs must be kept inside.

ALL Pets MUST be on a leash and cleaned up after, ALWAYS and EVERYWHERE. Exception: no leash needed in Pet Park. Owners of loose or annoying pets are in breach of their agreement and will lose their pet privilege or must vacate. No outside kennels or tie lines.
