RV SITE AMENITIES

All Sites are back in and have Full Hook Ups- 30 & 50 AMP Service plus Water and Sewer included. Each site has a picnic table. Site Occupancy: All RV Sites and Cabins are rented as 2-Person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $6/day for each person over the age of 12. If you have guests over the amount in your reservation, please check them into the office at arrival!

Each site will hold One RV and One Vehicle, if you need additional parking during your stay, please see the office stay for a parking permit. Boat slips are available on a first come – first serve basis, and the staff can help you with your trailer parking. Boat Slips can accommodate up to 20’ft boat. You will need to let us know at check in if you have a boat/trailer so we can tag it! Each site/Cabin is only permitted ONE boat on property at any time.

Captains Quarter's

Our newest Cabin with 1 bedroom with (1) Queen size bed, (1) set of Twin bunks, (1) full size futon, kitchen with Full Fridge, Microwave, Cooktop Stove and Keurig and Coffee Pot. Non Smoking and Pet friendly. Max 3 adults plus children. FRONT and Back Porch on this unit. $175/night

REDFISH COTTAGE

Redfish Cottage is a 1 bedroom cabin with (1) Queen size bed, (1) set of twin bunk beds, (1) full size – pull out couch), kitchen with Full Fridge, Microwave, Cooktop stove and Keurig and coffee pot! Smoke free and Pet friendly. Max 3 adults plus Children. $150/night

MANATEE MANOR

Manatee Manor is a 1 bedroom cabin with (1) Queen size bed, (1) set of twin bunk beds, (1) full size – pull out couch), Medium Fridge, Microwave, and coffee pot! Non smoking and well behaved dogs are allowed in this cabin. Max 3 adults plus Children. $125/Night

Hotel Tax - 12.5% on all reservations

Monthly Guests- A select few Seasonal sites are available and are on a wait list. These are for a minimum of 2+ months in the summer (May-October), and 5+ Months in the Winter (Nov-April). Electricity is metered and charged on the following month's invoice. A non-refundable deposit in the amount one month's rent is due at time of booking to reserve the site. This deposit will be applied to your last month’s stay. At check in, that month's rent is due along with a $200 electric deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. (Background checks are required for all guests 18+ staying for over 30 days)

Extra Vehicle – $10 per day (max of 1 boat and 2 vehicles permitted)

Boat Slips - Our Secluded Boat slips are located in a wind protected canal and unlike other campgrounds, are available at no additional charge to our guests. They are first come, first served and can accommodate boats up to 20ft. We do have a cone system the clerks can inform you of in office.

Boat Ramp and Fishing Pier - These amenities are included in your reservation fee and are no additional fees.

RV Extra person charge – $6/per day for guests over 12 years old. Cabin Extra person charge – $10/day

REFUND POLICY

What is IMFC Cancellation/refund policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus the appropriate cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If you do not arrive on the date of arrival, your reservation is cancelled with no refund.
