WHAT IS THE PET POLICY AT IMFC?

At Indian Mound Fish Camp, we are a PET friendly campground. We also have a dog park that is fenced in – right outside of the the Campground property. Ask the staff in the office for the location! We expect guests to follow the following Guidelines:

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times!
  • No more than 2 animals permitted per site!
  • Must be Attended at all times!
  • Must be cleaned up after immediately!
  • No Aggressive Breeds or Mixes with the following:
    • Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans!
  • Pets cannot be tied up to outside

What is IMFC Cancellation/refund policy?


RV SITES:

For short term RV reservations (1-13 days), Cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made less $ one night rental fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date are non refundable. Changes to a reservation can only occur prior to your 7 days with a change fee of a minimum of $25 or up to 10% change fee charged.


For Longer RV stays/ Reservations (14-29 days), 90 day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made 90 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made less $100 fee. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date are non refundable. Changes to a reservation can only occur prior to your 90 days with a change fee of a minimum of $25 or up to 10% change fee charged.


Monthly, Seasonal or 30+ day reservation deposits are NON Refundable. We are holding these premium dates for you at large discount from nightly stays, and there is NO Exception to this policy.


**Holiday or special event reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less one Night Stay. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date are non refundable, nor can changes be made within 30 days.**


CABINS

Cancellations made prior to 7 days of your arrival date will be refunded less a one night cancellation fee and credited to the credit card that was provided at the time of the reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival are non refundable. Changes to a reservation can only occur prior to your 7 days with a change fee of a minimum of $25 or up to 10% change fee charged.


**Holiday or Special Event reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less one night stay. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date are non refundable.**

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

Reservations not checked in by 11 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.


WHAT is IMFC CANCELLATION/REFUND/CHANGE policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines (7 days non Holiday/special Events and 30 days for Holidays and Special Events) to receive your deposit refund, minus the appropriate cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If a change is made and dates are removed, - there is a minimum of $25 or up to 10% change fee charged.NO Changes in dates within the 7 Days or 30 days other than adding days.


If you choose to not complete your entire stay that you have reserved – there will not be any REFUNDS given.

Reservation Change Policy

Reservations not checked in by 11 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.
